Seasonal Information

• Operating Season: May 1 – October 1 (weather dependent)
• Seasonal Rate: $3,000 per season (includes offseason storage)
• Additional Charges: Metered electricity (billed July & October) and a $100 annual garbage fee
• Payment Due Dates:
• Seasonal rent billed October 1, due October 15 (for the following year)
• Late payments accrue a $25/month fee
• Electrical payments due July 15 & October 15
• Deposit: $1,000 required upon signing, deducted from first year’s rent

Site & Camper Requirements

• Acceptable Units: Motorhomes, fifth wheels, bumper pulls, ice castles, park models (management approved)
• Insurance & License: Renters must provide proof of property and liability insurance by May 1 each year. Golf carts & off-road vehicles must also be insured.
• Additional Structures: Decks, sheds, and fire pits require management approval.
• Maintenance: Owners must maintain and mow their sites weekly. Management will maintain common areas.

Site & Camper Requirements

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Lake Access: Public boat access available, rental lifts $125/week (contact management for availability)
• Guest Policy: Additional campers and guests may not use site services
• Pets: Maximum of 2 dogs per unit, must be leashed and cleaned up after
• Fireworks: Allowed only on July 3rd & 4th unless approved by management
• Swimming: At your own risk (no lifeguard on duty)
• Firearms: No shooting allowed (includes BB guns, pellet guns, bows, or blow darts)
• Playground & Storm Shelter: For renters only, playground installation planned for summer ‘25 or spring ‘26
• Storm Shelter: Always unlocked for emergency use
